Louisa Jackson Davis, B.B.A, J.D
Louisa Jackson Davis is a lifelong resident of Marshall County and the owner and attorney at The Law Office of Louisa Jackson Davis in Lewisburg, Tennessee. She graduated from Marshall County High School in 2002 and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law.
During law school, Louisa gained valuable experience working at the Law Office of Jack Butler in Nashville and Bussart Law Firm in Lewisburg. Since opening her practice, she has concentrated her legal services on probate and estate administration, estate planning, real estate law, and business law.
In addition to her legal practice, Louisa is the owner of Southern Charm Title and Escrow, LLC, and has been a licensed Tennessee title insurance producer since 2020.
Louisa is actively engaged in the local community and legal profession. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Young Lawyers Division, and the Marshall County Bar Association. She also serves as a member of the Lewisburg Main Street Board and is the current President of the Marshall County Young Professionals Group. She was selected as Marshall County’s Finest Attorney for both 2024 and 2025.
Louisa lives in Lewisburg with her four boys—Jackson, William, Knox, and Reid.

Debbie Liggett brings over three decades of legal experience to our team. She began her career in the legal field in 1985 and served as the paralegal and office manager at Bussart Law Firm for 32 years. She spent 32 years as the paralegal and office manager at Bussart Law Firm before joining the Law Office of Louisa Jackson Davis in 2021. Her knowledge and commitment help keep our office organized and efficient.
Debbie lives in Lewisburg with her husband, Scotty, and is the proud mother of two sons, Cole and Drew. Her years of experience and dedication make her a key part of our team.
